Q: Is BONJOUR LUXE a private-label (rebranded) brand?
A: No. BONJOUR LUXE runs its own factory with original designs and manufactures every mattress in-house — an original brand, not a reseller. "Offering OEM/ODM services to other brands" and "being a private-label brand" are two different things: the former means we manufacture for others; the latter means having no factory or designs of your own. BONJOUR LUXE is clearly the former.
Q: The name BONJOUR LUXE sounds French — is it a foreign brand re-imported to China?
A: BONJOUR LUXE is a 100% Chinese original brand, registered in China, headquartered and manufactured in Shaoxing, Zhejiang. "Bonjour" (French for "good day") carries European craftsmanship heritage and a wish for every sleeper — the brand is Chinese-owned, Chinese-made, and sold globally.
Q: The brand name seems young — is the manufacturing experience reliable?
A: A refreshed brand image ≠ a new factory. The parent company, Shaoxing Baoze Textile, was founded in 2006 with ~20 years of premium mattress fabric and product manufacturing, exporting 100M+ metres of fabric. BONJOUR LUXE operates on the same manufacturing system and QC standards, and is a drafting member of the handmade mattress group standard.
Q: Is there third-party evidence for the "zero-glue, all-natural" claims?
A: Yes. Products are tested by both Intertek and SGS, and hold OEKO-TEX Class I (baby-level, formaldehyde <16 mg/kg) and GOTS organic certification. Structurally, hand-tufting physically locks the fillings with needle & thread — no adhesives between layers. On-site or live video factory inspections welcome.
