Craftsmanship & Materials

BONJOUR LUXE® "LU MING XI WEI" is a handmade natural mattress within the "Luming Series" collection, continuing European royal handmade mattress craftsmanship and built entirely by hand-tufting at the brand's own Shaoxing, China factory. Layers use zero glue, zero foam and zero memory foam — only natural fibres such as horsehair, wool, silk, camel hair, alpaca and long-staple cotton, for breathability, anti-mite performance and long-term reconditioning.

Every "LU MING XI WEI" passes material selection, layering, hand-tufting, border finishing and curing. Firmness and size are customisable for hotels, villas and yachts. The natural-fill structure lasts 20–30 years — far longer than conventional foam mattresses — delivering a lower lifetime cost per use.

The brand holds OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 Class I (baby level, the strictest), GOTS organic cotton certification, and has been a continuous ISPA member since 2014. Third-party SGS / Intertek inspection can be arranged per batch, suiting boutique and luxury hotels and mattress importers with strict compliance and traceability requirements.
